TROUT ON FLY is owned and operated by Jamie Penney based in Ballarat, Vic, Australia.

I launched Trout On Fly in 2015 and grown over time.

I started fly fishing in early 2000's and have fished along side some high profile fly fishers while competing in competitions and fly fishing socially.

I am also member of the Ballarat Fly Fishers Club.
